Okay well we´re in Aguas Caliente (hot waters is the translation for you non-Spanish speakers.) It´s really neat. We went to Machu Picchu today! Its was SO pretty! Our tour guide is really neat. We were on a train! :) Our first train ride EVER! It was four hours long from Cusco to Aguas Caliente. We´re hiking Waynapicchu (spelling?) tomorrow. That´ll be really cool. It´s basically a huge moutain that over looks Machu Picchu so we´ll have some pictures! Alright well we´re in an Internet cafe...where you have to pay to use the Internet (not like it´s that much), but still...I´m gonna cut this one a little short! Hope all is well you guys back home! We love and miss you! Oh...and we really miss hot showers fyi! HAHA. Talk to you guys soon! :)

So we finally made it to Cusco....everything went smoothly. We had to be at the airport at 4 am Wednesday and we arrived to Cusco around 7:30. Our host families picked us up! We have the coolest family ever! They are so nice. We will post more on the family later. Wednesday we had to take our placement exams and then in the afternoon we had our first spanish class. It was 4 hours long!! We have mixed emotions about it lol. Since it was New Years Evewe were going to meet up with our group in the Plaza. We walked around FOREVER trying to find the place and we finally gave up because it was rainy and cold. So I think we were asleep by 11 haha. Yeah what an exciting night. Our host mom said she came in at midnight to see if we were awake but we weren't!! Thursday we didn't have class because of the holiday so we took some tours of Incan Ruins. It was really cool. It was rainy and cold (again) but it was really neat. Will post pictures later (we have class in a few minutes). This morning we went to a market and we had a guide and he explained lots of stuff to us. He was really funny and laughed at us a lot. I guess we have that affect on people haha. So now we are hanging out at the school waiting for class to start. Sorry for the lack of updates. Tomorrow we are going to Machu Picchu and are staying the night somewhere close. Its a four hour train ride...I think. But we will try to upload pictures and videos as soon as we can! We love you all!! :)

We finally made it to PERU!! yay :) We are in Miraflores and our hotel is adorable. Tomorrow we are going to try and find tickets to Cusco. But we are so excited to be out of Houston we don't even care when we get that flight! haha. We have been slacking on the pictures....we only have one so far lol.
